State School U13 7 a Side Competition

On Monday 18^th March, Somerset Hockey association held a u13 7 a side hockey competition for 5 state Schools at Millfield Prep School in Glastonbury. We had 8 teams, a total of 74 young players from:

Many thanks to Mr Morgan Hughes, Director of Sport at Millfield Prep School helped run the tournament, he and his staff umpired and hosted wonderfully. 

There were three boys teams and five girls teams who all played a round robin tournament. The winners of both the boys and girls tournaments were Wellsway School who also managed to win the raffle of a signed GB Hockey Shirt.
