Bad weather is forecast for the weekend, many pitches have already been impacted with ice and frost.

Please work with your opposition on making the right decision for the games this Saturday

How much notice do teams need before the Game – what time are they setting off for the game

Make sure you have someone actually at the pitch checking the condition and making a decision on whether it is safe to play – BEFORE your opposition has set off

Make sure you have contact details for your opposition

Don’t forget to let everyone know – Players / Umpires / Catering / Divisional Secretary
