Interim Chair of the Officiating Committee Appointed

The West Board are pleased to confirm that Matt Johnson has agreed to stand in as Interim Chair of the Officiating Committee following the resignation of Steve Hamey last year. This offer has been accepted and ratified by the West Board of Directors.

Matt has a number of ideas and exciting initiatives which will hopefully stimulate interest in officiating at all levels and encourage support from others, in helping to deliver against the West Strategy.
I'm sure we can count on you all supporting Matt in what is such a key and under developed area of our beloved game.
