Indoor Hockey At Risk

Over the past couple of seasons we have attempted to identify volunteers to assist in the organisation of indoor hockey competitions at both junior and adult levels. Despite general requests for help and a number of personal approaches, we have been unable to identify anyone who is willing to assist in this area of the game.

Our existing committees and their members who are predominantly volunteers do not have the capacity to continue covering indoor hockey along with the numerous other competitions that take place throughout the area.

Following a recent West Board meeting it is with regret that we have to announce that indoor hockey competitions within the West area may cease after this season, unless willing volunteers come forward to help in organising and delivering these competitions.
