Alistair Kilfoil

Most of you in the Bristol and Bath area will have heard of the sudden death of Alistair Kilfoil. Alistair had played for BAC for whom he was first team captain and then club captain, North Bristol and then Bristol and West for whom he also coached. His name came to even greater prominence when he also joined Clifton (and then Clifton Robinsons). With Clifton he held coaching positions, president and he had two long stints as the Ladies first team manager. He served on West hockey committees and he will also be missed by Avonmouth Ladies for whom he had coached and who summed up the love, affection and respect in which he was held by all who knew him.
