Over 50 volunteers have been engaged on West Hockey Committees and transition groups to guide the development of new initiatives and implement the new governance structure. Following England Hockey's open recruitment for volunteers, West Hockey are gathering Expressions of Interest for the vacant Committee positions in order to continue building on the exceptional progress already made into next season and beyond.
All volunteers are required to abide by the England Hockey Code of Ethics and Behaviour at all times.
There are vacant positions on the following Committees;

Area League Manager
Divisional Secretaries
Communications Officer
Indoor Representative
- West Junior Competitions
Lead Deliverer
Deliverers (deliver the tournament on the day, non-committee position)
Communications Officer
- West Masters
Committee Administrator
Competitions Administrator
Communications Officer
- West Officiating
Vice Chair
Local Network Coordinator
Young Umpire Lead
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MAJORITY OF MEETINGS ARE NOW HELD VIRTUALLY SO YOUR HOME LOCATION SHOULD BE NO BARRIER TO REGISTERING YOUR INTEREST.
